*Multipotentialite - “A multipotentialite is someone with many interests and creative pursuits… It stems from the word multipotentiality–a psychological and educational term used to describe people who display aptitudes across multiple disciplines.” Emilie Wapnick/ Puttylike.com

*Qualitative project assessment - “Qualitative Assessment is a method of evaluation based on experience, judgment, and wisdom, used when there is a lack of time, money, or data for a quantitative assessment. It involves techniques like Delphi Method, Brainstorming, and Interviews to rank risks and determine priorities.” Michael Gregg / The Hack Stack (2006)

*Non-verbal communication - The sending and receiving of messages in a variety of ways without the use of verbal codes (words), whether intentional and unintentional. Most speakers / listeners are not conscious of of the messages being received non-verbally which may include: eye contact (gaze), vocal nuance, proximity, gestures/postures, facial expression, dress, word choice and syntax, and/or sounds (paralanguage).
